Provided by YP.comWe hired the Tyler branch of A All Animal Control (Brian) last year, paying them in full for a 2 year service contract to remove a squirrel from our attic and keep them out for the duration of the contract. To date, squirrel is still in the attic and AAAC has stopped returning calls and texts and simply stopped showing up for scheduled appointments. We asked for a partial refund last month, agreed on a dollar amount, and have yet to receive said check. After talking with the CEO of the franchise, Josie, she was very apologetic and said she would speak with her attorney, though she said her hands are tied. Very dishonest and unethical people/business!
