PLEASE don't waste your time or money! I ordered the first time and all went great, but when I had an issue with their second order, they my heat press, the temp, the pressurem the garment, everything but their product. Now they want me to spend more money to have them print a different kind of transfer even though they were supposed to be the same as the first order that worked great...what?!!



It took them over a week to even get back to me after the initial voicemail I left. I had to call and demand to speak to someone after waiting for a response to my voicemail and to the online complaint form I filled out.



I wouldn't give them even one star if it didn't require it to post this review.
