Took an original (according to Bill) 1902 Seth Thomas to them for repair. Was told that the pendulum was not original and needed to be replaced with correct one along with the other repairs to make it operational. Bill asked if I wanted to pay in advance, big mistake on my part.
Paid and decided the next day that it wasn't worth the costs. Called to cancel and guess what, it was repaired and waiting for pickup. His words were, when someone pays in advance, we jump on it.

Anyway, went to pick up the clock and no new pendulum. Still waiting on phone call from them to let me know a new one is installed. That was 3 days ago.
Beware if you are considering them for repairs.
This is the second clock I've had them work on. First one won't run. According to them it works fine in their shop. Needs leveling at our home.
I've leveled it to the finest degree and still won't stay working.
Shame on me for trying twice with them.
