McGinnis Asphalt and Concrete Paving was contracted to remove and repair a concrete parking lot so that a Sanitary Sewer line could be installed. As a site superintendent for commercial projects, I deal with subcontractors on a daily basis. Some are good, some not so good. Jack and his crews are among the best. In my business, I need contractors that will do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and I need them to deliver a quality product. McGinnis Asphalt and Concrete Paving delivered on all points. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

Jack has done several large projects for our company as well as maintained our concrete for many years. He is very accommodating and always works to be within your budget. The work is always done in a timely, professional manner and it's done right the first time. I highly recommend him for any job.

The McGinnis team tackled a project in our trailer park with roads, driveways, sidewalks and entrances. The tipping point for us was the competitive pricing and availability to get started right away. The bigger contractors were strapped to their projects and wouldn't even give us the time of day. Having a parking lot designed and built by McGinnis Asphalt & Concrete Paving was a great experience! We explained what we wanted, and he designed it, obtained permits, and built it in a very timely manner. He kept us updated daily. And the finished product is excellent.
