Worst repair shop I have ever had to deal with ( but will never have that problem again!!) Had brakes replaced, four new tires installed and tires where balanced. when to work next day, when I went to go home 3 of the the "new" tires were flat. The unskilled installer did not replace the value stems!!!! 3 days later the 2 front brakes were making a noise. took the car to a real repair shop on FM1488 they turned the drums, said that should have been done with the brake Job. Also car was shaking at 60-70 mph because the balancing for the new tires was not done properly. This cost me $875.00 on top of the $2900.00 that I paid to 1st Choice!! Do you and your car a favor....Don't do business with this place!!!!

customer beware!!!! this company and the manager ( Perhaps he is the manager) will overcharge and not stand behind his work!!!!!!!!

My car kept stalling. I took it in to First Choice to be "fixed" 4 different times. I was charged over $1,500 to replace parts. After each "repair, they told me the vehicle was fixed, except for the last visit, when the First Choice mechanics finally conceded they didn't know what was wrong. They actually suggested I get rid of the car. I took the car to another shop and that mechanic found a short in the fuel pump - problem fixed... first try!

I have always been treated with respect. They are very honest and do excellent work. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Great job guys!!!

They really care and are very honest about repairs. This is the best car repair place I have ever had and I used to think I had the best. I would recommend this place highly for anything as small as oil change or big repairs. They don't do inspections but I needed somethings done to pass and not only did they get it up to par they drove it to get inspected. They treat you like family.

Horrible experience. They misdiagnosed my van's A/C and refused to rectify the money spent on their misdiagnosis. Their final "guess" was in the wrong portion of the A/C system to even give the symptoms we had. They also removed a component (back seat cushions) to change my struts. This place seems to just guess and doesn't appear to know what they are doing. I would have to be in a desperate situation to allow them to look at another one of my vehicles and even then it would be a long shot. The only reason they got 1 star rather than none is because this website made me pick. Beware!

Fast, Friendly Service. Just had my car serviced there and felt good about the place from the moment I walked in the door. The owner greeted me and made me feel welcomed.Not like other shops where they have that Mcdonalds mentality (get you in and get you out). Came in for routine free brake check and they explained everything to me very thouroghly and in simple terms I could understand. My brakes were pretty bad with over 60k miles of stop and go on them. Was deffinately time for new ones!! They informed me they could save me some money by just replacing the pads and turning my rotors. This was great to hear since I am on a fixed budget. They fixed what was wrong and didnt try pushy sales tactics to get me to fix more than what was "Really" wrong
