Horrible customer service.



Called the number listed for this branch and was auto-routed to the call center through which I made my reservation and was told I could pick the care up the next day at this location. The reservation was made at 5:45 PM



At 6:15 PM I received a call from someone at the Magnolia Branch saying he would not be able to accommodate my reservation, because he already had 16 reservations. When I questioned him about that he said it was because I called the call center. I explained to him that I dialed the local number for his store and it sent me to the call center. He said that the call center doesn't know what he will have on my lot - somewhat understandable but that's an Enterprise issue. He again told me he would not be able to accommodate my reservation and didn't offer me any solutions. So I asked him if it was up to me to find another location to fill my reservation and he said yes - pointing out that I made the reservation at 5:45 PM and that he closes at 6:00 PM. Again, understandable but again, not my problem. I made the reservation before closing time. He didn't discover the issue and try to contact me until after closing time. So when confirming what I just heard that it was up to me to find a location to fill my reservation - he again pointed out the fact that I made the reservation at 5:45 PM and that he was already closed.



Complete poor customer service and insulting by insinuating it was my fault because I called at 5:45 PM. The fact that the employee saw it as my issue because I called 15 minutes before closing and he was ready to "clock out" shows exactly the care given to providing "Exceptional Service." It's more than just a smile and a handshake when picking up or returning a car. I would not recommend Enterprise or this location.
