I had the most unpleasant experience in this place. The manager (he said he was ) was playing a game on his cell phone. As I walked in he never gave me the attention you should give to a customer.



He asked me what nail color I wanted and gave me the samples while he still playing his game. At that moment I thought, what kind of manager plays a game in his business hours? What kind of manager thinks his game is more important than a customer who brings money to his business?



I told him I would like color #16 he didn't even look where I pointed and asked me which one? In that moment I said, "If you stop playing your game and pay attention to your client would be nice!"



He said what group, while still playing his game, paying no attention to me!



Again I said, "Could you stop playing?"



I didn't walk away because I needed my nail fixed. When he finally did it, he did a poor job. When I went to pay I said to him that I am not coming back because of the way he treated me as a customer. Managers giving that kind of customer service should be fired.
