Wonderful place to do business!!

don't go to these folks, please.... the owner instructed the tire guy to put on the tires that belong on my car from factory.....problem was...the springs were cut and the car was lowered by the previous owner of the car and special pricey, "Custom" rims were added. Now being a business that has been open and operating for many, many years, A tire store owner and operator should have known that wouldn't work..so, the fella tries to put them on the car, the tires were so big, they wouldnt fit in the tire well. The owner approached me and told me the "correct" ones that belong on the rims was gonna come to about $200.00 per tire plus tax, mounting, and all the other misc. fees that apparantly MUST be added. He tells me he thinks he can help me out, he sends one of his junk yard employees out to search for rims, the fella comes back bringing the owner 4 non matching rims and he offers them to me in exchange for my "Custom"/expensive rims, which at that time, i really had no idea how expensive they were. anyhoo, he offers me the rims for free (yea) in exchange for my rims and he proposes to give me a great deal on 4 new tires....$200.00...so with limited information...i say yes, they know what stuffs worth, they wouldn't screw me,, right? I mean i spoke with the manager/owner and everything. a little while later, they give me my key, I pay them and I go get in my car and attempt to back it out..........no way, no way.....the dang tires are rubbing the top of the tire well worse than before...his wonderful big idea to swap rims with me just didn't work.......and he was pissed...he must have really wanted those rims.. in the end, i got my rims and tires back but he asked me just to drive it around for a while and see how it rides with the new tires and rims. what a jack@$$
