In regards to Fazoli's restaurant. My husband and I ate there this afternoon and among other complaints, the lasagna I got was just a stack of noodles with sauce and cheese on top. Lasagna should be meat sauce and cheese between layers of noodles. So I got on line to give feed back on the company website. I just got off the phone with the manager of the Madisonville Fazoli's. She informed me that they had no control over how the lasagna was made because IT COMES FROZEN AND THEY JUST THAW AND BAKE IT!. I thought the food at Fazoli's was made fresh in the store. If I wanted frozen lasagna I would buy Stoufers at Krogers. I don't know about the other dishes, but I am assuming that if the lasagna comes frozen probably a lot of their other food is done the same way. No more Fazoli's for me. If I want frozen food I will buy a TV dinner.
