This was my second unpleasant visit to Vom Fass. NEVER AGAIN. I was a regular shopper at the Olive Cellar in Appleton which is wonderful. The snotty attitude and overpriced products was almost unbelievable. The young man practically slapped my hand when I reached for a tiny 1/8 tsp plastic spoon that they have out for 'sampling' and said "I will do that" - really???? Why don't they just have their products behind a counter like cigarettes? Any other vinegar/oil store I have ever been to has had bread out and little cups so that you can sample leisurely at your own pace. I hope Madison gets a store like Olive Cellar down here soon, but until then I will be ordering online and pay the shipping to avoid Vom Fass and their nasty attitude.
