I am a regular over the past year. I have an online business. I needed to learn plenty about mailing, domestic and international. The help I have received from one Wendy Brabender at this location has been superb. The 5 stars are mainly for Ms. Brabender, and also for those who have been there long enough to know what they are doing. Ms. Brabender in particular by knowing what USPS has to offer has made this integral facet of my job east. Today 6/4/12 she was away, and I was struck by the fact that with a newly trained person, I had to spend precious time waiting and guiding, answering questions; in short fretting over what Ms. Brabender had made easy for me every day for the past year. USPS should be proud of such people in their employ. It fully hit me today how I had taken her excellent services for granted. In her absence it was clear that I knew more than the clerk filling in for her.
