Provided by YP.comThe doctor helped me focus on my indecision and trepidation. Doing nothing would simply be allowing my condition to continue to deteriorate as it had. I decided to act and after a mere two months I am convinced that the more than 24 months of disability I had endured was self imposed from lack a lack of proper attention from other health care providers recommendations.
