My two daughters and I have seen Dr. Ken Thue for our eye exams over the last few years 2013-present. He helped me switch over from gas perm contacts to some heavenly soft contacts with no problems.(I had asked my last 3 eye doctors to do this and they wouldn't let me citing expense an numerous appointments) The staff is always pleasant and I have stopped in from time to time just to have my glasses fixed. We enjoy our visits and recommend Dr. Thue and Staff to anyone.

Don't go. Both the technician and optometrist are lacking in social skills. They treated my daughter and I coarsely with little interaction.

First of all this optical center is VERY EXPENSIVE. I shopped around after the fact and found out I really did get taken for a ride. SECOND.. HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE customer service. They have no idea what they are doing. My 10 year old can show someone how to put contacts in better than these people. They are just cheap help and very poorly trained. Incompetent. Third. The Dr. is just plain creepy, there is no other word for it. STAY away you find cheaper and BETTER service most any where else. This place is just horrible from pricing to service. The last and probably most important thing is NEVER once did any of them wash their hands , just went from customer , to customer fitting glasses and contacts , the Doctor never washed his hands .. Just nasty.

horrible, horrible customer service. The doctor I saw only cares about the money, is very rude and makes inappropriate comments about other customers in front of the entire store. STAY AWAY!!
