Terrible customer service. Make sure you drop your pet at exact schedule time, can't be a minute late or your appointment gets cancelled. Even if you have extenuating circumstances.

I live far from E. Wash but don't mind driving the distance because I know my senior dog is handled with great care. Debbie is good at what she does, she takes the time to listen to you, and she is very kind. In the seven years she's groomed my little poodle, I have been very satisfied with the service and the way my dog has been treated. I don't know with certainty how much time my dog and I have left (she just turned 16) but I am certain that I can trust Debbie to take good care of her.

Commitment to service excellence. Very good with dogs and cats.

We had a llasa who bit everyone, us included No one would let her come back until we found Debbie at Royal Pets. I will never understand how she did it, but she groomed Chelsea for the last 10 years of her life, and was never bitten. The dog looked great, and I will be grateful forever. Chelsea has since gone to her just reward (and I fear we all, alas, know where that is)
