The pawn broker Matt is a fantastic employee. He's always fair on the prices he offers and has such a great attitude. His enthusiasm is through the roof and always makes the visit entertaining. If you get a chance to have his as your broker you won't be disappointed.

Maddie W took care of us on Saturday and was GREAT! We've worked with her on multiple occasions and each time she has been very helpful. Previously she took care of us with a jewelry request and it was handled smoothly. Thanks for the great service as always Maddie.

Matter wells is the best employee I've ever seen! It's because of her I keep coming back!
I would love to see more close and less junk.

Breanna Patton did an amazing job with me and her customer service was one most need to have! I came in thinking I was going to get low balled like at most pawn shops and it was the exact opposite not only did I leave with a smile on my face but my pockets larger than expected too! Definitely will be going back ��������

The pawn brokers had a new worker and she didn't know how anything worked concerning making payments and letting us do so. Was very rude and unprofessional. If your ever needing to go to a pawn store in Madison, I highly suggest EZ pawn instead. At least they have very friendly and helpful employees.

They have the worst customer service of any store i have ever been to! Their employees seem to not give a damn about anything or anyone. They have a bad selection of everything! Their cd's, video games, dvd's are all scratched to hell and they charge more then it would be if they were new!! Not only that, but i tried selling a very rare pair of shoes there. I was curious as to see what they would offer. Rare deadstocked Crazy 8's. I have a similar rare pair in same condition being sold online. Its up quite a bit (over 100.00 so far) and the auction isnt even over yet. The guy there said he would give 15.00 for them! When i asked for a manager they kept giving me the run around and would not let me speak to one. I politely kept asking and they still refused. Do not buy from there!! Their products are all in very bad condition. Do not even try to sell there either. They will try to rip you off! I know shoes. Very very well. They have no earthly clue about them. Clearly.

Terrible place to do any kind of business with. They put junk items on eBay and take deceptive pictures that don't show key missing parts. They then refuse to help you in any way and are very rude about their fraudulent business practices. Just check the local BBB to see their complaints. I will be filing one today.

giving this place one star is a bit much, they only get 1/4 of a star because of being an establishment and thats too kind of a word to call them!!!!



takes forever to be seen, u have to literally stand in line for hours just to get up front. No matter what you have if its worth 10k they will only give u about 150 to 250 bucks. only go to this place for pocket money and plan to get your stuff back out. sometimes there is 5 to 6 people behind the desk and only one person helping people out when its super packed. This place is disrespectfully long and 150% scam america, management sucks, a monkey with no hands or legs could run this place better!, such a shame. they will never give you what you expect.....be aware!!!! be very aware!!!!!

This place is so dingy and dank. The customer service is very erratic at best. Sometimes good, sometimes completely substandard. It's like they can never get it even close to right somtimes. And I understand that this is a business and need to make a profit, but when I was in need of some temporary quick cash I went to pawn loan an old white Gibson les Paul worth every bit of $1600 used, the way it was in excellent condition.. They offered me $250 for it. It came with a hard body case (a tiny bit beat up from touring) no scratches or scrapes or or wears on the finish or pick gaurd. This thing was immaculate and all they were willing to part with was the $250, can you believe that. It's totally outrageous. Do not come Here unless it's a complete emergency and you know you can get ur item back shorty. They could have given e The 600 dollars I asked for and made 1200$ on it if I were stupid enough to not pick My classic vintage all white les Paul. Sure these pawn america people help a lot of people im sure. But u also gotta be careful in what you bring them, how u pay for and get you item back and just becareful and smart

Even when buying make sure that they demonstrate the full capability of the item your buying to your satisfactions. I have bought "defective items"

That take a crap within a day or two and if U've had the item for longer than the return policy allows for your stuck with a piece of $50-$1000 junk paper weight or wall hanger. Just be careful people

SO slow, not enough help if you are trying to sell more than 2 items at once....unless you are a "platinum" member.

Waited inline for 1 and 1/2 hours and didn't move in line once. I left as well as the 10 patrons behind me! I wished the 8 in front of me good luck!!

I find the employees to be very nice and professional. I love doing business with Pawn America.

Took in a fairly new electronic device in for pawn, waited an hr and thirty min while walk in customers getting their pawns were treated like VIP. The pawn brokers were picking and choosing their customers while customer waiting to pawn were waiting. They wanted ownership papers to prove products were owned by customers. Their express line was being misused by on of their employees while manager D Post hid in his office.

We had just walked out of the store checked the disc in the it was chipped and had bubbles. We took it straight back in and requested a return. The person who did the return was VERY rude ! All the people who worked there where very rude ! I would NOT recomend going there to pawn stuff off OR buy anything !
