I lived in one of their quote "great" establishments prior to this year, and one word comes to mind when detailing such service, SLUM LORD's. They are without a doubt in my mind the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff in Wisconsin. If you have a problem they promise you they will get to it but I Promise you they never will. I fixed more things in my own house that I shouldn't have had to due to their stellar upkeep. By all means please if you are considering renting from them don't it's not worth it by a long shot. Check other reviews out there to verify my claims.
