This is the worst company you can deal with. I brought my truck for a repair job one my mud flaps, which they have previously done poorly and it caused mud flaps to sag under their own weight, and I wanted them to fix it. When they fixed this time, they painted on top of the old paint that was peeling, and now a few weeks later the new paint is coming off. On top of that, when I came back to pick up my tuck, I noticed that my $1,600 aluminum gate and license plate were missing, with visible damage to the back of the truck, and when I tried to inquire as to what had happened, they tried to push me out of the shop without explaining the missing equipment and damage. I had to call the police and file the report to get them to cooperate. After that they told me that it was stolen while in their possession, and they said they will order a new one and install for me free of charge in a couple of weeks. Later they called me and said that their insurance doesn’t cover this incident and they will not install the new gate unless I pay half the cost. Now I am hiring a lawyer and getting an estimate for the re-painting job, stolen gate, license plate and lost revenue and intend to sue the company for damages caused by their negligence.

Took my truck and plow in for winter service, change the cutting edge, add a back drag edge, and fix the the light issue I had. Explained to them that my wife would be bringing in the truck/plow and would be waiting for it. They said it would be about 3 hours. I said fine. After 6 hours and 15 minutes they had the plow service done, did not change the cutting edge, did not add the back drag edge, and could not figure out the light/electricle issue I had. Never, again will I make a drip to Madison Truck Equipment.
