We called Pertzborn to fix a leak in our tub/shower based on a recommendation from a family member. Two service calls later, the problem persisted. They did give us a discount on the 2nd trip, but we paid +/- $400 to NOT have the faucet fixed. Called another plumber and it was fixed in less than 10 mins. for a fraction of their prices.

The plumber that came to my house did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, and was very helpful as I asked questions along the way. He laid out blankets to walk on and even wore paper booties on his feet. When he was done, the bathroom was cleaner than when he arrived! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber!

We needed a new water heater fast and the people at Pertzborn were friendly and great to work with right from the start.



From deciding which water heater we should buy to scheduling the installation, their employees were always looking to make sure I understood the process. I'd recommend Pertzborn to anyone who has any plumbing repair needs!
