The stylist had been recommended by my teenage son, who's had his hair cut by this particular stylist several times. When I arrived she wasn't busy so she took me right away. I probably should have paid the extra $3 to have her wash my hair; I don't like getting my hair cut when it's only been sprayed down with water. I basically wanted the same style I had, but a bit shorter. She took off the right length overall, but she also seems to have cut out some chunks of hair round my left ear so my hair feels very unbalanced. I might be forced to tuck my hair behind my left ear just so people can't see how chopped up it is on that side. Service was quick or I would give only 1 star. But she didn't bother to brush the little bits of hair off my clothing. Moral of story - you get what you pay for. Don't expect a decent haircut for $14.
