I really cannot believe anyone would not love Hanna and her abilities to help control pain. I went almost a year of tests, physical therapy, neurologists, pain management psychologists, acupuncuture, spine injections, pain medications, a speech therepist and my gp.. not one of them could help me with my pain. Finally I found Hanna! I am now pain free! No meds, no injections. Hanna has an understanding of not only the physical, but the mind as well. I cannot say enough of how this one woman has helped me and I only hope others will allow her to help them. Minds open to healing outside the Medical Community people. Love you Hanna, you gave me my life back! Connie

I have been a regular client at the Neuromuscular Pain Clinic for some time. I have seen both Hanna Franke and Laura Novak and received much relief. I had been in chronic pain and suffered from migraines for 15 years. After a couple sessions with Hanna and Laura I have been pain free for 3 years. I would highly recommend the knowledge, expertise, and relaxing environment. Convenient location as well. Hanna is generally running a few minutes behind schedule, but is well worth the wait. Laura is always very punctual if you don't want to wait.

While Hanna's methods may bring significant relief to some, I found her services of little benefit and eventually came to dread appointments before removing myself from her bank of clients. Her knowledge regarding the treatment and management of neuromuscular pain is, without a doubt, spot-on, but her abilities to run a successful business are questionable at best. Disorganization and tactlessness muddle her interactions with patients, and if she believes a patient is not being fully loyal to her treatment plan, her reaction is one of accusation, blaming the patient for any shortcomings. Consideration is tainted by coarseness; professionalism is lost to pride.



The Bottom Line: Until rudeness becomes an effective method of treatment, Hanna's services are not worth their cost.
