This business is always business when you call and the answering machine indicates to call this number and this number. I've talked to an employee twice and was told a charge is around $10 to do a fire extinguisher. Even the lady that answered the phones indicated that they get so many calls that half the time they can't keep up. As a business that always is looking for business isn't a resolution to maybe hire some staff to answer the phones. I've waited almost 2 months for calls back and nothing to schedule a time to update and test our equipment. Maybe a good honest review will awake the owners of the business.
