Not sure whether you should repair or replace your old washer?  At American we make it easy.   If the parts aren’t available or the repair just costs too much, you’ll get ½ your service fees back good toward the purchase of a replacement product.   Scheduling Convenience. At American there is no waiting around all day for a tech to show up. The night before your scheduled appointment we’ll advise you of the two-hour time frame we expect to arrive at your home. Repairs in One Visit. Unlike nearly every other servicer, American has a team of Senior Technicians that screen calls within hours of your requesting help. Parts are ordered and instructions provided to the techs in the field.  This results in 80%-85% of the calls completed in one trip in contrast to most servicers completing 50-60%.
