I had to bring my 2002 Honda Odyssey into the shop as the transmission was having problems. I found the staff very knowledgeable and polite. Not only did they fix the car to my standards, but they fixed the problems with my other car as well and offered me a discount to do it. Not only will I go back there for normal tune ups, but will also refer them because it was so easy to do business with them. Plus their prices are extremely reasonable as well.

The workers were very knowledgeable in the field of mechanics. They were very forthcoming and honest with the evaluations. Due to the fact that they were able to explain everything in an easy to understand manner, I trusted that they had the expertise in working on my vehicle. They were also willing to immediately relay all information regarding the car to me in a timely manner. All members were extremely friendly and courteous. They were readily available to answer all of my questions and they did so in a respectful, honest manner.

It was fast and dependable and would go there again and tell others about them. They do good work and it's good and lasts. It pays to go here and get it done right. Does not take as long as others and good price and trustworthy. People are good workers. Know a lot about cars, trucks and whatever and no hassles and car is ready when they say. No bull and no lies.

Did not have to wait long, definitely affordable and reliable service. Have packages available to help save money for multiple services. Seemed friendly and trustworthy, have not found a reason to think otherwise. Was referred by a friend who found them to be reliable as well. Did not have a problem in this area. Made appointment a week prior and there were several appointments to choose from on that day/week. They were friendly, did not rush when explaining the services being done and gave helpful information regarding my warranty. Good experience overall, no complaints.

I had a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe 03 Transmission rebuilt in my car. i started having problems with my car again after I picked it up from there shop. *** the owner resolved my problem by reimbursing me . That was very kind of him.

Sometimes I take cars and transfer them myself to Mr. Transmission in order to get service done, but at times I have people who want to go directly out there. They ask me about his integrity and all that. I tell them that if they are not satisfied with him, I'll pay for it. I trust them 100%.

I have been using Jim Mitchell since I opened in 1972, and they have moved since then. They were the first transmission shop I used, so I thought everyone would do business like Jim. After they moved I soon found out that not everybody does transmissions equally. When I took work elsewhere I would have to take it back to Jim for him to fix it right.

They are honest, do what is necessary to fix the car, and once they fix it you don't have to go back. They fix it right the first time.

Hey Jerry! Thought you'd like to know how my car is doing since you replaced RPM sensor. .. Well, It's perfect! I haven't had any trouble what-so-ever. Its so nice to drive it without worrying. Thanks so much for not giving up. I really love this car & hated the thought of selling it. I appreciate your patience and perseverance.

I have been going to Mr Transmission Madison for probably 15 years now. I have had very few problems, and when I have needed to take something back, they take care of it no questions asked. I have recommended many people to them.

They are honest and their prices are fair. They are not the cheapest, but if I want something fixed right, I go to Mr Transmission Madison.

Very pleased with the service I got from Mr Transmission. The transmission in my 2010 fusion had gone out 2 weeks before I was gonna make a trip out of town, Jerry from Mr Transmission was very professional and had my car towed in by Dads Towing. Found out next day that the transmission in my fusion was bad. They had it replaced with a new Trans and back running within a few days. I haven't had any issues with my fusion since and I drove it to California And back. I've also had engine work done on my silverado. Mr Transmission is my #1 go to for auto repair from now on.

Picked up my wife's car today runs better then when we first got it. Had a few issues dropped it off late Monday picked up today reasonably priced and will definitely use them again and refer others. Thank Jim and Jerry

They have re-built about 20 transmissions for my family and me in the past 35 years,  It has always been a pleasurable experience.  They care about customers cars and communicate well with the customers.  I have referred many people to them and have never received a complaint.

They were ready to start service at time I was asked to be there. Time taken was exactly what I was told. Service was friendly, helpful and pleasant. They have many more services that I was not aware of and will take advantage of for future needs. And the price was great!

Both men I met in the office developed my trust in your business to the point that I felt perfectly at ease.

You can take the car to him with 100% confidence that it will be fixed right the first time .

These guys did an excellent job on my Honda Accord. I needed a 3rd gear pressure switch. The dealership wanted over $200, and these guys were able to do it for a lot lot less. And they had my car ready in little over two hours even after I was just a walk in. Thanks guys, see ya soon!
