The Manager seems to be ok, but when you call on a complaint there is all kind of excuses and procedures. I didn't asked how they preform. I was in this type of business for years maybe fifteen to be exact but I call for a issue that happen about three times that's to many. Could you please make sure your Tea/Food is fresh. In the mornings I don't think about check until I am at a stable place where i can. That's at work and that's too late. I goes through the drive thur. Vickye Madison, Tn 37115
