Never in life use this place.They had my car twice and still missed all of the original repairs and then had the nerve to ask me to leave it a third time....The manager is very rude and disrespectful and still wanted me to pay for work that was never done......Poor work ethics...

Worst paint I have ever seen. Left dents on door. I am getting a lawyer and sue. Did not get a rec. Paid cash. Going to file with the Tn. tax div. & BBB

I got my car painted the first week of Feb 2014. I followed the after care instructions exactly. I month later I've got about 10 little spots where you can see the gray base paint.

If you like your car or if you believe in good customer service, do NOT take your vehicle to these people. They do REALLY sloppy work (runs, rough spots, over-spray, etc.) AND, if they break something on your car, they will charge YOU to repair it!! They broke the ignition on my car and had it replaced with a cheaper one and then charged me $120.00 for the repair!! There was NOTHING wrong with the ignition when the car was taken to them but there is a little button on the underside of the steering column that must be pressed to release the key, something they obviously didn't bother to check for so, when they forcibly removed the key, they broke the ignition. To add insult to injury, the 'new' ignition is cheap chrome where the original one was black and matched the interior AND now I have THREE keys for my car because they didn't even bother to have the 'new' ignition rekeyed to match the door locks!! If this weren't bad enough, they broke a piece out of the header panel!

Picked up our truck, Paint on tail lights, Runs in paint. On front of hood a big glop of ruff paint. Made remark to manager

He said all paint jobs have imprefections. This was dirt that they had painted over. I ask about the cleanist of his booth, he told he only cleans it once a month, Because of the cheap prices he charges. Paid to have the inside of bed sanded and it looks just as ruff as when we took it there.
