Had a pleasant conversation with Steve (the owner) while setting up my residential survey in late March. He estimated approximately 4 weeks until they’d get it done. Well it’s been over two months now. I called last Friday, he said they weren’t doing residential jobs anymore. He was supposed to call me back after an urgent incoming call. Anyways, called him back today, feeling a verbal agreement is contractual in this business. A man is only as good as his word. Well, I laid the facts out there, that we had this agreement and it’s been over twice as long as estimated. He then accused me of trying guilt him into doing the job. I said our agreement should make you want to do the job and if your feeling guilty, that’s your conscience. He then started raising his voice which eventually resulted in a yelling match between us. However, my yelling was in response to his and an effort to make my point heard. Boy did he piss me off though. I said you should have called a month ago and informed me that you couldn’t do the job anymore. I could’ve had it surveyed by now and even had my fence up. But now I’ll have to wait another month at the least before another surveyor can do it. This man Steve was unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and disrespectful. Oh, he said, should I drop my bread and butter customers to come do your job? I said, yes you should, it’ll take a few hours to do my small yard. He laughed at me. Well, little did he know it was one of his bread and butter customers (a family friend of mine) that recommended him to me. Guess what Steve? Spoke to that bread and butter customer of yours. He was already on the fence because you take so long to get jobs done and the way you handled this situation solidified his decision to end his business with you.

My husband and I purchased our home and wanted to build a fence, but were uncertain of where property lines fell. We contacted this company to survey our property. We received a bill for $450 soon afterward, but had seen no one from the company and there were no stakes in our yard. We called for clarification. We got one (terse) email stating where they had placed the stakes, however, there were NO stakes anywhere on our property. Again we called (twice more), and they realized they had make a mistake, promising to come place stakes in our yard. Another week went by, and there were still no stakes. We called again for clarification, and were told that because our property line fell through the existing driveway, they needed to do "further investigation" before placing stakes. Another two weeks went by. We did not receive a status update or any communication at all. We have spoken with this company at least FIVE TIMES requesting for our property survey to be completed with NO RESULTS.

I called Mr. Delle this morning and told him I wanted a representative at our house today to place stakes on our property so we could proceed with the fence. I was told that "because of my attitude, I could find somewhere else to take my business." Naturally, customers will have 'attitudes' when the services rendered are poor and unsatisfactory. My customer service complaint, which I feel is absolutely justified, was dealt with in a completely unprofessional way.

I have used Delle land surveying for years and always had things done right , I know when I call Delle he is very professional, honest and goes out of his way to explain things to me and tell me what I need to save me money . I would recommend this company highly

this company is totally unprofessional . proposes start date .misses it with no call . when contacted they put you out another 10 days . then when they do not meet that start date they tell you they have reorganized and I will be better off with another surveyor . 45 days wasted . these people suck big time

We called Delle to set a stake grid up on an acre of land. We had problems with communication and things proceeded way too slowly for what we were charged. Will hire someone else for our future needs.
