They are doing great with social distancing and washing hands. The staff is friendly, fast, and efficient. They get you in and out. I recommend them to anyone looking to donate.

I love this place! The facility is very clean and employees are friendly and professional. It's a great way to make extra money for vacation and Christmas!

This place is a wreak they never are consistant they choose others over the first there especialky one woman she said she can refuse anyone she wants

The center does a thorough job of evaluating donors. But I feel they are understaffed. I only see a few stickers/phlebotomist on the floor. With an increase of my time wasted, I will be looking into less time consuming ways to collect cash/ give back to the community.

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. My first experience with donating plasma, and I am definitely going back. I did my research but wasn't sure what the compensation was, and was very happy to hear that they compensate better than other locations in the area. I was never once uncomfortable (with the exception of having a needle in my arm for so long, but that is never a comfortable experience), and even though I knew to expect to be there a while, the screening process is very long and is time consuming, I really should have taken a book or something to entertain me. And if you've never donated plasma before here is a little helpful tip: Bring a jacket. You will most likely get cold. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and am looking forward to going back! :D

I would say that CSL is really clean, there is never a mess anywere and the place always looks nice. As you go thru the building you see smiling staff that great you and ask how they can help. There are multiple areas to go thru all of which are personal, from the kiosks that allow you to answer your health queations with out others knowing your personal information. When the staff take you to the donor floor, they are respectful and nice, and go as far to explain what will go on in the procedure and about how long it will take and what to expect as well as to tell you a little bit about the machine. All payments that you receive are on a debit card that you recieve the very first day that you are there. As soon as the donation process is done, they payment will be placed on your card,and it doesnt take forever like someplaces. Overall the place is really clean the staff is really nice, and they do great business. and they are great about making sure that you have a good experience while you are there. :)
