I work at a cemetery where we had a monument come in from this company and the stone came in with a nice scratch down the middle. They claim they spoke with the customer and the customer said it was fine. When the customer was contacted by our cemetery and asked about it they knew nothing about it. Next was the picture that was etched into the monument, all the granite finish around the picture was removed so there were blemishes all around the picture. Finally, the hole for the vase was cut crooked so the top of the vase platform does not sit flush. Overall the craftsmanship was terrible and the customer of this monument had to deal with constant run around from the company. No one should have to encounter these issues after losing a loved one. I would not recommend this company.
