Have worked with Steve on multiple occasions. His honesty, integrity, and transparency are why I keep using him. Would not use anyone else.

I have used Mortgage Strategies for all of my home loans. I have done purchases and refinances with the company. They are always courteous, friendly, and quick to help with any situation that comes up. I trust them with all of my mortgage needs and refer people to them for the same.

I am guessing that the other reviewer was a competitor. I am a Realtor and have used Mortgage Strategies for the majority of my closings. Every time they go above and beyond to make it smooth and painless. They are great, honest, dependable people. Highly recommend.

My advice to anyone seeking a mortgage would be to avoid this company completely. They made the simple process of a normal, conventional home closing a nightmare process for more reasons that I would care to mention. It's my opinion that they are an embarrassment to the business community in Mississippi and I hope they will soon "go on down the road".
