This is a review to show my appreciation towards Carla. My name is Bill Bryant, born 7/26/1965 and Kroger has been my pharmacist for 8 years plus. I was diagnosed with Cancer in November of 2003 and it has been an terrible battle to keep my quality of life or my pain under control to compete with this world. As busy as kroger is and as busy as my Pain specialist works it can be hard to make a small request like having my refill done a day ahead of schedule. This is all in compliance with my Insurance as well as Krogers' rules but finding someone to make the time to make a call can be hard to do. Carla made that time and called my doctor to make this call to my doctor and I am now able to take my daughter on a graduation vacation to Orange Beach. It seems like such a little thing to do but as busy as everyone is, I did not think it would be done. I am so appreciative for people like Carla that has helped me make this small request happen. I want to say Thankyou to Carla.

After speaking to the manager twice about not being able to find items previously stocked, I decided today I will shop somewhere else. The store has really fallen down. Poor product management and inventory control and failure to maintain a quality selection have driven this customer away.

Terrible experience today and neither of the two managers I spoke with seemed to care that the store had fallen down on providing reasonable customer service. Why pay a premium in price when you don't expect good service at Walmart but you get much lower pricing.
