Awful service. The first time I attempted to go in for a quick eyebrow wax. I signed in and waited....and waited. Although they did not appear to be crowded with customers, they did seem understaffed. The next day I thought ahead and called to see if I would be able to make an appointment since I would only have my lunch hour available. She took my name and the time I would arrive. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited...and waited... and waited. Again, I had to walk out 30 minutes after my "appointment time". I will NEVER return. There are far too many nail salons that would love to make the service rate plus tip. Do not waste your time.
