Wonderful service, good rates. I have have two dogs and have taken them there and nowhere else. My dog's are hard to handle type with trust issues or extremely hyper and with both they never had a problem with them and my dogs got to looking forward to it. It's a wonderful place and the treats on counter are a very nice touch.

I have a dog that is very hard to groom. He has a coat like a sheep and is a farm dog so it's a nightmare to groom him. The folks at Pawsibilities always do an amazing job. He goes in looking like a nightmare and comes out looking like he's ready for a dog show! They have a helpful, friendly staff who bend over backwards to help you in any way they can. And the fees are very reasonable as well. I wouldn't take my dog to any other groomer in the area.

I have been bringing my Yorky here for the last couple of years and they do a great job. When I started out I didn't know exactly what to ask for. They took the lead and offered what they thought I might want. Also they were great at understanding when I was describing what I wanted (I didn't know grooming terminology). I have taken my dog a couple of other places and believe me their communications as well as the job they did was mediocre or not at all what I wanted. One place I went to my dog looked silly and I had to take him around looking like that until it grew out. It was imbarrassing for me. If my dog could talk he would have said, "HELP!!!! Don't let anyone see me like this!!!" Another place I went, my dog didn't look much different than before I brought him in. I think all they did was wash him and he wasn't groomed like I requested. Pawsibilities was thorough and he came out looking even better than I imagined. I am presently living out of town but I still schedule my Yorky to get groomed at Pawsibilities in Madison.
