Don’t listen to instructions I had dreadlocks and came in for an undercut touchup I asked her several times to be careful with the clippers to not snag any of my dreads she did on three occasions cut three different dreadlocks after each time I told her please be careful it took a long time to grow these she acted rushed to get me out of chair she was unprofessional and ignored my concerns with my haircut
