Hello, my 2001 Lexus trans repair cost 2,000 dollars, six months later the trans is no good. I told Jay the owner, he said there is nothing he can do for me. Don't worry Jay is a nice guy his dad Bob is a nice guy, his dad shop is in Warren. I'm going to sue his dad and Jay and show you all how to as well. We're going to show the IRS his dad and Jay pay some workers under the table. We can subpoena some former and current employees I have their address. They also break a few environmental laws. We will have their orders audited to show they do not do complete rebuilds. The parts audit will expose this. We will file a complaint with the state of Michigan. The city of Warren and Waterford. And you all be sure to go to court every one of you, the legal fees alone will break Bob, he has a gambler on his team. Unethical businesses must pay, sorry i will help shut this business down I Promise I will not stop until the doors close. I will post how to place USA transmission franchise in a class action law suit as well they allow this franchise to operate with no guidance. We will contact the banks they bank with and refuse to bank there(don't support them). If they are promoting crooks. we will fight for the wrong that has been done to our families our children our parents. My Lexus is at the dealer the master mechanic said This trans rebuild never stood a chance! The SUV broke down at night in the middle of a thunder storm with my child crying in the back seat. BBB is just a start. We will have the workers checked out also, some drink and drive some have warrants some owe child support, yea they are part of the problem also.

I was on my way out of town for a vacation. While driving on 696 my transmission stop moving. I googled transmission and USA transmission was the closet. They towed my car for free. I was back on the road with in 24 hours. Drove all the way to North Carolina with out any problems. Great service!

GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. MY CHEVY TRUCK NEVER SHIFTED TO GOOD. I LOST REVERSE AND THEY WERE VERY UPFRONT WITH THE PROBLEM. AFTER THE TRANSMISSION WAS TAKEN OUT THEY SHOWED ME WHAT HAD BROKEN . THEY GAVE US A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON LABOR AND ALSO $150 OFF THE REPAIR. I WOULD RECOMMEND USA TO ALL MY FRIENDS. HONEST PEOPLE AND GREAT WORKERS.

This was without a doubt the worst experience of my life. They told me that the whole job of repairing my transmission would not go over 975.00. They called me after the trans was out and told me it would be 2,240.00 to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. To top it all off it stopped moving the next day and had to be towed in and they had it for 6 more days.

the work done on my car was prompt and professional. they gave me an estimate for repair and the work was done on time. i didn't have all the money to pick my car up when complete. they offered me a lay a way and i had 60 days to pay and pick my car up. fortunately i was able to pick the car up in 2 weeks. i am on a limited income so they were kind to work with my situation. they gave me a 1 yr warranty on the parts and offered me a lifetime warranty on their labor. thanks usa.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT USA TRANSMISSION SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY AND TIME IN REPAIRING MY 2003 IMPALA. MY CAR STOPPED MOVING . I CALLED THEM AND THEY HAD A TOW TRUCK AT MY HOME WITHIN 1 HOUR. THEY OFFERED ME A LONER CAR WHILE MY VEHICAL WAS BEING REPAIRED. THEIR PRICE WAS HALF OF WHAT THE DEALER WANTED TO CHARGE ME AND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LESS THAN OTHER SHOPS I CALLED. I RECIEVED A 1 YR WARRANTY AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND USA TO ALL MY FRIENDS. THANKS GUYS, LESLIE

Had these idiots rebuild my 4L60E. It lasted 22457 miles on what they labeled a "Custom Rebuild" for $2000.00. Could have purchased a crate transmission from Rinke Chevy for 1500.00 and had them install it for the same price. Then they said it needed an O2 sensor. They tried to remove the O2 sensor and stripped the threads in the exhaust pipe. Another $65.00 for a muffler shop to instal a new O2 bung. Not to mention all the paint chips on the drivers door from them hitting the door on their vehicle lift. Stay away from this transmission shop! You will be sorry you had them do the job, I know I am!!
