I took my son in to the ER and the doctors and nurses were extremely rude. My child was really sick and they talked loud enough for people to here that stuff needed to just run its course and why would I bring him here. This is after waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room just to be treated like crap once they put my child in a room. I will never go back.

Ok to try and keep it short,they brake the law,violate your constitutional rights,are sexiest,racist,have no idea about where there patient's are,do not follow there own guidelines,make up rules on the spot with no written source code to pull from.show an extreme amount of favoritism,don't care if you can't take a medicine due to the fact that the medicine forwarders use if you have had a type of medical problem,and to top it all off they ignore you when you ask who to speak with about your complaints.do not go here under any circumstances you would quite literally be better off under the care of a 8th century alchemists then in this hell hole.

St. John Oakland Hospital of Madison Heights is an excellent Hospital, they do not dexcriminate anyone. My daughter had surgerories performed in regards to her hearing by Dr. Brandis (E.N.T.) specialist since she was 2 1/2 months old and she is now 28 years old. The surgeory was performed at St. John Oakland Hospital of Madison Heights, Michigan. So, do not pay any attention to what people say about descrimination, it's all a pack of lies.

The nurses and administration at this hospital are racist to Asians. They have horrible service and I've heard from associates that there have been incidents of harassment and racism towards former employees. Whether you are a patient or an employee, stay away from this hospital if you are of Asian descent. Do you really want to take that kind of risk when it comes to your health? Look for other hospitals that value their patients and take good care of them.
