I have stored before at other businesses as well as this Public Storage. The fees are not over the top. A $15 administrative fee, and of course insurance (which was also required at the other location). And since I did not have a lock I had to get one to lock my unit. That sounds like reasonable pricing. I like the fact that the facility is also totally fenced in and a manager lives on the site. Bonus is two access areas.

Don't be fooled by the "first month free" offer. There are so many fees and add-ons that they don't tell you about that you end up paying almost the full amount. When I called on the phone, they assured me that there were no "hidden" fees. Not true.
