Townsend Tree services burned our small business, literally. Their bucket truck ran into a power line and pulled it loose from our building
and burned it to the ground. Leaving 5 people without jobs. Then their third party company ( they are self insured) refused to build the building back. We would give zero stars if that was an option.

The worse experience ever. I live on a corner lot in an 1830's historic home. I planted a screen on one side because of noise. This is the second time that my large Magnolia has been butchered. When confronted the foreman had the nerve to tell me that they don't cut ornamental trees, While looking at my large redbuds that have been cut back. He needs to be told what an ornamental tree in the South is!!!! and the cost of large ornamental trees!!!!
He even gave me a phone number for his supervisor that has been disconnected.
I'm only sorry that there's no scoring less than 1 star.

I used 154,000 gallons of water while away on vacation. They were cutting trees for the power company and cut my water line. No phone call. Richard with Townsend was supposed to bring a check by tonight for my water and plumbing bill. I paid my plumber Aug. 11th and have yet to be reimbursed.
