I have had six vehicles from Louie Herron. Yesterday, I stopped by Louie Herron Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram in Madison, Georgia. I was reminded why I like dealing with his company. As I was signing a paper with Joe, a member of the sales team, a massive storm blew in. Mr. Herron, the owner, asked for the keys of my car and drove it under a covering so I did not get wet. Here's what I know...it's the little things that he does that make a big difference. I could buy a Chrysler from several different places, but would I be treated like The Louie Herron Group treats me? I doubt it. Louie Herron deserves more than Five Stars on this rating.
