Stopped by to check out a Ford on the lot. People were not professional and were pushy and rude. I know enough about the mechanics of a car to know I was getting sold a bill of goods as to the quality of these cars. Buyers please beware. Scam artists.

I am the owner. Lori Mccoy. There is no other owner. I had a general manager who caused a lot of problems. He is now fired. No one will be disrespected at auto1. No one will be cheated. I pride myself with honesty and kindness. I am just trying to make a living like anyone else. My goal is not to cheat ANYONE. I was raised a Christian and I believe that you treat others as you would like to be treated. I hope you will still give auto1 a chance.

My husband bought a 2001 Silverado with the promise that if he wanted to take it that day, they would fix some problems with it within a week's time. I resent that these people who hale from South Africa come here to profit from a business that takes unfair advantage, especially an elderly Vietnam War veteran like my husband, who I suspect may be mentally incompetent after doing business with this outfit. We are in debt for a $10,000.00 truck that we have had now for 4 or 5 months that was actually on the road for a total of less than 2 weeks out of the time we've had it. It has been towed 3 times and now won't even move on it's own. Auto 1, you were so friendly and respectable the day you conned my husband, but you are totally unprofessional and malicious to not even respond to written requests that have been made to consider rectifying the situation. I had a feeling about all the vehicles stored on your back lot. This truck needs to me one of them.

Cars are over priced, cars are not described as they are online. The owner disrespects his employees in front of people. Threatens customers with baseball bats. Has no respect for anyone. Is very disrespectful has his 20 something year old girlfriend at the lot claiming it's his daughter but puts his hands down her pants in front of her 2 year old daughter.

I was sold a car with a bad transmission. Be very cautious shopping here. Do not buy anything from the back lot behind the buliding. Hate that I got ripped off, but lesson learned.

A true classic rip off used car lot. cars are not as described be careful.
