John provided the tech work required on Dec 20, 2019. Main problem diagnosed was a Capacitor common female spade connector which had apparently vibrated loose from the Cap. Compressor was not running. Two common connectors were adjusted with pliers and reinstalled which allowed compressor to run, providing +27 deg F. heat differential to closest vent. Diagnosis also determined that emergency/auxiliary heat was not working although called for. Wiring to the relays showed melting from overheating; relay connectors were heat damaged and relays were inoperative. Technician stated that a 2 element heat kit [approximately 10kW] would be recommended to provide sufficient emergency/aux heat and the present feeder wire size would be sufficient to power it . An estimate will be provided and the diagnostic fee paid will be deducted from a future repair bill [to be scheduled].

We had to have all our water pipes replaced. All the Hiller people were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We received a message each morning when they were on their way. They came when scheduled and finished the job in a bit less time than allotted. We have no concerns about the finished product. Everything looks really good and they took good care of our property when doing the job. Some cutting into drywall was necessary, but they minimized that as well as the subsequent fix-up drywall work needed.

I highly recommend Hiller! This is a "top notch" company, from making our appointment to completion of the work. Our technician, George, was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. Our project was not an easy one because we live in an older home, but he worked away until the project was completed and he checked to make sure that everything was working properly. I will definitely be using Hiller for my future repairs and projects!

I made the appointment 2 days ago. I was running late and missed the tech, but was left a message to call a representative. They were able to call the tech back to my residence. The company is really top notch. Got to make an appointment in less than 5 minutes; they leave reminders. Got text message that includes photo of the tech and name. Tech was knowledge, friendly, and punctual. Initial fee may scare away some but when dealing with a water leak, I was willing to pay a small fee for the knowledge.

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the plumber Lee coming to my house, I had the best experience! Hiller employees are kind, very thorough, and efficient. I love that they text a picture of the technician to you so you know who is coming. Lee was very kind and took time to explain everything to me. Dylan, Chad, and James were excellent as well! They discussed all options to fix my electrical needs. The service was second to none. I will definitely use them in the future!

HI. We started with Hiller as All Seasons when they were with Lanier... and then they became One Hour (Always On Time Or You Don't Spend A Dime) ... and finally, n.o.w., = Happy Hiller of Nashville. Originally, the "company" put in a new system that was "waay" too big (2X) for a hobbit condo and that needed the inner air handler redone. They were trying to get me to pay big bucks for them and their shark tank "ticket to work." And they were charging all of that, fibbing and telling me that I need that, instead of really giving me what I needed. Naturally, I was not satisfied. (They aren't the only ones to try that cheap trick.) The old "company" redid that air for free because that was their mistake, but the costs of the original 2X system (that I did not NEED) were far too extravagant. I never saw the energy efficient savings on my bill, and I was promised that too. By the time Hiller came on board, after the redo, the 2X sized system was old. We had American Home Shield by then at home for all of the old household equipment, like the burning kitchen that could have cost a fortune to replace. Hiller added us to their "club" and for a negligible monthly fee, we g.e.t a plumbing inspection and a flush... plus an electrical safety check, plus system pan treatments for the air when needed, (and line flushes.) We receive a timely tuneup inspection of the system at least once a year. "I.F." there is any problem, members have priority and receive a discount on parts and labour. They are prompt. They keep the old system maintained and trouble free until it kicks the bucket. Once that happens, cross your fingers, the American Home Shield warranty will kick in, so this is a win-win for saving on unnecessary costs at home. I wish I could save on all unnecessaries everywhere. The teams that they send to the hobbit habitat a.r.e. polite. They do not bring devices in if asked not to. We have had security problems, so we don't even let the police past the door stoop, and especially not with the internet of things.

We had are heating tune-up yesterday, our tech was Adam. I can't even count how many times other companies don't call if running late or don't show up at all. Hiller has always been on time and are always very professional. Adam was wonderful, very courteous and did a really great job.
