I recently moved to new home in Madera County. I called Madera Propane and asked them to please not remove the propane tank, because the previous owners said they were going to have it removed. I was assured that the tank would stay. The next morning, a relative happened to be at the new house when a truck drove up to remove the tank. When I called about this, the woman who answered the phone was very dismissive and absolutely would not admit to any fault. I was told that I would have to come in and fill out a credit application. Today, while the movers were unloading my furniture, a truck drove up and the driver said he was taking the propane tank because I had not come down the day after my pone call with the rude woman to fill out the credit app. I told him to take the effing tank and good riddance to it.

Never have had more than a 24 period between order and delivery. Prices might be a little higher than bulk situations however when needing 1 or 2 - 55gal drums downtime covers any cost differential.
