My real rating isn't 0 stars!! My husband just got out of renting and into hire end athank god he did. We had to literally clean out our own storage unit because it had so much junk from previous renters amd when we asked if they could clean it out the manager melani told us it was part of our lease to clean it ourselves. On top of that the manager obviously didn't know what she was doing. We always paid our storage on time but for some reason we always got late fees and every single time we went in we always had problems either getting into our unit OR even getting inside the gate. Didn't help that the manager always rolled her eyes at us or gave us attitude about it too! Bad place to rent. I would NOT recommend this place to any of my friends or family
