If I can give this place a million stars I would. I recently moved here from the bay area and only stuck with one tire place, Hanlons, great group of guys, mom and pop, and just took care of it's customers. As I was going through all the listings for local tire spots here in Madera, one just stood out, and it was this place. I was skeptical at first because nowadays, businesses have friends and family write reviews.But as soon as I called, they picked up, super professional. I couldn't believe that all of these comments were really true. He was so accommodating and straight forward. No BS kind of guy. He went through all possible options for, explaining thread counts and pricing, I couldn't believe he was actually working on really getting me the perfect fit for me and my budget.
I can write and write about it, but to be frank, I am super relieved that I have found my new home for all of my tire needs. So here's a list.

5. Great person and tire team
6. Makes sure to park your car inside the garage and not to leave overnight outside, and this is what he stresses he does
7. Will not only sell you tires, but an ongoing relationship and service way beyond the sale.

Ive used them to service my brakes and to replace tires on all our vehicles since they have opened, never have received better service! They are extremely nice and professional! Always deliver on their word! Very glad to have them in our town!

Great store. Hard working crew

I was told on the phone before I came in that the wait would be 30 minutes. My estimate for four tires and alignment was complete at 1:10 pm on Saturday February 7th 2014. They called my name to check out at 3:18 but told me they forgot to do the alignment. 38 minutes later I paid, left, and a block away I noticed the low light sensor was still on. Going back I was told they could fix it but it would be an extra cost. I didn't mind the money but don't you think this could have been discussed earlier in the day? I told him I wasn't interested and he proceeded to tell me the price of $90 and waited for my response. I left again on the freeway I realized the lug-nut tool was not in the center console where it was when they asked me for it many hours ago. Halfway back to Less Schwab I found it in the cup holder under a travel pack of tissues.

Tires are great.
