Chambers Heating and Air-Conditioning was contacted by my home warranty company, Total Protect on 8/26/19 to repair my HVAC unit which is blowing hot air. I made no less than 3 follow-up calls and left detailed messages on their answering service requesting a call back. Chambers failed to call back. I also wrote a detailed text requesting a call to set-up an appointment which was also ignored.

I can't honestly rate their work but I can say they have horrible customer service. If a business can't even return a call/text from a customer, then they don't deserve my business and they shouldn't deserve yours either.

Caveat Emptor

Great service. Polite, professional, very informative and very fair pricing. Would recommend to anyone needing heating or air conditioning needs.

Great service! I live in Chowchilla so initially I called A&R to fix my air conditioner. They said there was nothing wrong with my AC... And they guy they sent was lazy. So I decided to get another opinion. I came across Chambers H&AC and they new what it was imediatly, replaced the broken switch that was for the compressor in minutes. Definitely recommend.

Very professional service. Would definitely recommend them for service or repairs to anyone in need.
