Bob is very professional, punctual, receptive, and he gives fair prices. He always either answers the phone or returns the call within a few minutes and was always able to answer my questions. He even explained to me why it was so important legally for me to have all of my properties properly surveyed, something none of the others I spoke to would do. It was refreshing to speak with someone who actually took the time to explain things to me and did not make me feel rushed or pressured. I was informed every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable about the Middle Georgia area as well, which helps in receiving the results quickly. Bob finished the work and delivered the finished product on time, and I am very happy with the price. I shopped around, and the estimate he gave me was very competitive and of good value. If you want someone who is going to be honest with you and give you accurate boundaries and not treat you like a number, he is the guy for the job and you can trust him. I would recommend him to anyone and I will be using him in the future.
