The worst experience in my life with a stylist. The stylist blamed me for the uneven layers, style and the bad cut completely. She called my house to yell at me, worst customer service I have ever had. I am 52 years old and have been to many stores and stylist. To go to this Salon is a mistake ~ take my word for it. I cannot believe to be in a salon for almost 4 hours and her to say I just got up and left when she took my $100.00 and generous tip. I tip well because I believe people should be treated well. I don't know how she is still working? I could never treat a customer like that.
