I live alone and my water bill (billed from the complex separately from the rent) averages $38/$40 a month for about 2 laundry loads, 3 dishwasher loads, 5 or 6 showers a week & not flushing every time. It takes 1 full minute and 15 seconds for hot water to reach the kitchen sink. Over grown shrubs get completely covered in spider webs in the summer. 1 BR apt above me has 4 people living in it. Their noise vibrates my walls. Central H/A blower sounds like a freight train. Free wifi, if and when it works, is as slow as dial up.
