I have never had a bad experience with MS ELLA and neither has anyone I have recommended and that has been in the 100s. I always feel welcomed. And it is not a holiday that goes by that me or my family does not order a cake...

I had a horrible experience with this business. They did not have my cake on the day that I specified for my sister's surprise baby shower. Moreover, the owner was not apologetic for their mix up. She made it seem as if it were my fault for them baking the cake on the wrong day. She outright blamed me for not giving her my phone number (which is no excuse because she knew where I worked since that's how she was recommended to me). Every professional business person should know that it is their job to obtain the neccessary information from the customer/client. I should have known that something bad was about to happen when I walked into her establishment because I didn't even feel welcomed. I don't usually give reviews, but I feel like this woman should conduct her business more professionally. Thank God it was a baby shower and not a wedding! However, no matter how big or small an order is, a business should value every customer.
