My sales rep Bill is excellent. The sliding door that is installed is excellent and adds a new wonderful
look inside and out! The door is providing great noise insulation as well. The door was installed in less time then initially stated.

From the salesman (Matt) to Jason's installation crew this was a stress free experience. Everyone was concerned with quality products and installation. All the while making the removal/replace/ and cleanup enjoyable. Enjoyed the service .... Thank You Preferred!

We would recommend this company for replacing a garage door. The employees are very friendly and professional. Our Installer, Kevin, did a great job explaining the different doors and actually installing the door we chose. It took some time for us to decide on which door we wanted, but there was no pressure. They took a lot of time helping us. Would definitely use this company again.

I had Preferred Window & Door install a new patio door for me. Their service was on-time and they provided an excellent installation. Their prices were reasonable. Their customer service was great. They explained the operation and the care of the door to me. I would definitely use them again.

Matt also gave me tips about cleaning the window wells. The technician was also courteous and provided efficient service as well. They both did a great job.

We visited the showroom and were shown the options for replacing our door and screen door. They were helpful. The doors were installed on a bitter cold wintry day. The work was done quickly and neatly. Looks great!

I was recommended by a neighbor to Preferred Window & Doors. I needed security doors on my patio doors. I ordered the doors on 11/27/13 and due to inclement weather, the doors were not installed until 1/10/14. The service was great and everything was explained to me and I was given a small bottle of paint for the doors if needed. The snow was removed from my patio by the installers. After the work was completed, I told them there was a space between the door and the wall, caulking was applied without any complaint from the installers. I will certainly recommend the company to any of my associates. I am pleased with the work.

Preferred Window and Door certainly stands by its products. I had a storm door that needed some repair work and it was quickly and professionally completed. Even though the door was an older model, the staff looked for the correct part and successfully fixed the door at a reasonable price. Service was very good and professional helpful answered all my questions reworked some supports that I wanted in different spots. Very happy would use company again and planning to soon for next over head door.

Stopped by the store on a Saturday just before closing. VERY nice employees showed us what we needed to know and even came to our house after work to measure and evaluate. When time came to install, it was done very neat and professionally. No mess or garbage was left around and the door was beautiful. Would recommend these people to everyone I know.

I was looking for a company that could install windows and doors in my new home, and it wasn't a difficult decision to use Preferred Window and Door. They were very helpful in helping us select the appropriate windows, and the installation process went without a problem. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and materials!

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased we are with the service and job completion your serviceman, Scott, performed on our garage door. He arrived as you promised and is so skilled and knowledgeable and was able to solve the problem and also remedy our once “very noisy” garage door. He replaced all parts needing to be fixed and when I asked “how can we quiet this door” he had the answer.The best part of this “job well done” was that he had all parts on board and was able to repair, replace, adjust and explain everything. This certainly was money very WELL spent! We are very pleased and will certainly be happy to recommend to anyone and everyone we hear of needing this same assistance, their first call is made to Preferred Window and Door!

what a joke this company is, the owner Andy Birkett spends more time in court rooms than his company spends installing their high priced products. Find another window/door dealer, this company and it's shoddy owner are a complete joke!!!

Happy to be the first review: When my wife and I decided to purchase new windows we preferred to use a local company. In our travels we stopped in at Preferred Window and Door on a Saturday morning and met Andy the president of the company. He gave us in depth information about windows, r-factors of glass treatments, frames, installations, a guesstimate on what we were looking for, and a tour of his business… well, this is who was going to put in our windows. A few days later Matt his salesman came out to give us all the options… colors inside and out, materials, and even self cleaning windows, who would have thought it. Well before this gets too long I will say it has been a positive experience through the whole process, first impression, sales, and install. Would recommend and will use again. Awning for the backdoor is next. Customer service is alive and well when dealing with Preferred Windows a true mark of excellence.
