We purchased a piano that was about 100 years old, and hadn't been taken very good care of for my 4 year old to play (with the idea of upgrading later if she stays with it.) Vitaliy came on time, was very professional, confirmed what services were to be done, suggested some additional adjustments (without a price increase) and explained the steps along the way. He spent 4 hours at our home, and made a world of difference with the piano.



I wholly recommend Vitaliy as your piano tuner/technician, He does an excellent job, very courteous, professional, diligent, and pleasant. We've found a piano tech as long as he'll put up with us! Couldn't have been better.
